Bright, precious glints of the ethereal with bursts of vivacious colour, jewels are the things we hold dear. Deliciously decorative, ornamental heirlooms or bright shards they are seductive tantalisers that delight like magic! Joyous colours shine forth heightening the senses and bringing gaiety to us all.

They are objects of desire and gifts of love. We covet these priceless wonders. As time goes by we gather our treasures to share like a glass of good champagne or we pass them on to the next generation. The weight of history is a small but incredibly irreplaceable trinket.

Embrace the rich and vivid hues in interiors, in objects and treasures and enjoy the light that reflects and refracts from the brilliance.

Oh the rug! Be still my beating heart ❤️❤️ I love the braveness in your work it takes boldness to rock colour. The angles work so well to highlight and ‘point’ to the different textures and feels. I love it all but mostly the rug!!

Just about to start our first Reno. Excited and nervous. Loving the colour inspiration for this week. Am hoping it will help to convince my husband we need to go grey in our bedroom with lots of colour ‘pops’!! Grey seems to go with everything as one of your older posts ‘concrete’ proves!

  14. Kate Stratton says:

Love the mood boards! A frat collaboration of images and block colour for representation of experience and mood!

  15. Beryl says:

Perfect jewel inspiration! My name is a jewel but it can come in so many different colours. The most common is a yellow beryl and I think that is why my house is filled with so much yellow!

  16. Meiying says:
