Anglepoise and Paul Smith play with scale
Two quintessentially British brands, Anglepoise and Paul Smith, have come together to create their third collaboration of the much-loved task lamp, Type 75TM.
The collaboration focuses on scale – with the collection now including mini and giant versions of the iconic Anglepoise Type 75TM desk lamp.
The new Type 75 Giant floor lamp is a statement piece; complementing Paul Smith’s renowned work with bold and daring colours, and highlighting the form and function of the Anglepoise modernist design.
A palette inspired by the deep, rich hues of autumn, reminiscent colours of summer and the visual vocabulary of Dutch painter Mondrian’s De Stijl style of art.
Designs are now available at Cult for pre-order and will be in stores from August 2017.
