Taking inspiration from her family’s Venezuelan residence and the nearby gardens at La Vega, Carolina Herrera’s Resort 18′ collection presents a bouquet of vibrant colours, delicate prints and feminine motifs that are sure to make any woman weak at the knees.
The collection is all about statement pieces that exude confidence, yet at have an air of cheery playfulness. Voluminous skirts are teamed with ribbed-knit tanks, taffeta gowns are belted at the waist in fabulous reds and shades of blue and bold colours are the backdrop for delicate floral patterns that add a certain spirit to the story.
