Rejina Pyo’s AW17 collection
Korean-born, London based fashion designer Rejina Pyo has released an AW17 collection that embraces the female form and celebrates modern dressing. Pyo’s aesthetic is as playful as it is eccentric, with an effortless elegance that is communicated through bell sleeves, Peter Pan collars, voluminous skirts and tailored pantsuits.
Inspired by modern art, Pyo’s collection beautifully blends colourful materials with an understated style. Pyo designs for the everyday woman with clothing that is both practical and fashionable – the kind of clothes that can be worn seamlessly from the office to Friday night drinks. In bright colourways this collection features bold garments such as bubblegum pink flared pantsuits, off-the-shoulder sunflower yellow dresses and lavishly sequinned skirts.
Attention to detail, deconstruction of form, asymmetrical cuts, impeccable tailoring, expertly-cut silhouettes and careful consideration of the female form are just some of the nuances of Pyo’s collection.
The collection is cohesive and diverse, with something for everyone; whether it be a pair of flared pants, a little black dress, a belted jacket, an off-the-shoulder top or a classic white shirt, Pyo has redefined the classics in this bold new collection.
We’ll take one of everything, please!
